What is Reiki? 

At Moonbeam Healings, Reiki serves as a gentle and effective energy healing modality suited for anyone looking to achieve energy balance, gain spiritual insights, or manage stress and anxiety. Rooted in ancient Japanese tradition, Reiki involves the channeling of universal life energy through the practitioner’s hands, which are placed just above or lightly on the body. This practice is designed to remove energy blockages and facilitate a free flow of energy throughout the body.

 

Reiki can help alleviate physical or emotional discomfort and enhance overall wellbeing by addressing the root causes of energy imbalances. This nurturing experience is tailored to your needs, ensuring a personalized healing journey that supports immediate relief and long-term health improvements.

What you'll experience in Reiki

During a Reiki session, you can expect to enter a state of deep relaxation that promotes both physical and emotional healing. The session focuses on chakra clearing, aiming to align and cleanse the energy centers in the body. As the Reiki energy is administered, you might feel a range of sensations, such as warmth, tingling or a wave of calm, indicating the restoration of balance within your energy system.

Breathwork & Reiki have given me new perspectives and a way to release trauma (some of which has been tucked deep away) harbored from years ago. It has also empowered me to feel more comfortable with who I am. Each session has had its own direction for me and each session I’ve left feeling rejuvenated & better aligned with the person I want to be. Kasey has made the space comfortable and warm. Her energy can’t help but be felt and is incredible to experience!

3. How often should I do Reiki?

You can do Reiki every 2-4 weeks if you are just starting out, depending on how out of balance your energy/chakras are.
