Conventional therapies, like talk therapy and EMDR, offered insight, but I felt that something deeper within me was waiting to be unlocked. This realization led me to Holotropic Breathwork, a transformative somatic practice that allows for deep emotional release. My first session was cathartic—trembling and tears gave way to a sense of clarity and peace that confirmed the power of this modality. I knew immediately that I needed to share this gift with others and became licensed to facilitate these life-changing sessions.

 

As I explored deeper realms of healing, I discovered Reiki—an energy healing practice that perfectly complements breathwork. Together, Reiki and Breathwork create a dynamic force that helps release stored traumas, balance your chakras, and move blocked energy, guiding you back to a state of alignment and wholeness. Incorporating Reiki into my sessions provides a powerful channel for deep, lasting healing on all levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual.

 

In my practice, something unexpected and profound emerged. Through holding Breathwork and Reiki sessions for others, I began to develop the gifts of psychic mediumship and clairvoyance. These gifts have opened up an entirely new level of healing for my clients, allowing me to tap into where they are in their healing journey and where they are headed. I now have the ability to see and understand the unique blocks and pathways in each person's energy field, guiding them toward deeper, more meaningful healing.
